I think it is around 9 with 19 against us but none of them have been awarded to us away from home in that time.

Re: Chelsea v West Ham - Official Match Thread
Having watched the game and read the comments on here why do we not have a fifth official who will get called upon by the Referee and ask:
"Will you give me a reason why I should not award a penalty"
Takes 30 seconds at best.
Every other major sport does, it why not football?
On yes! the governing body FIFA is.............................
Aside from that ,after 54 years of support I can finally say I have never been more proud to be a WHU fan than right now.
Brilliant Slaven well done to you and everyone involved with the Club.

Re: Chelsea v West Ham - Official Match Thread
Both the ref and assistant must be faulted if neither spotted any contact from Antonio was outside the box.
Someone on MOTD thought the ball struck Valencia on his shoulder/ top of arm,ERNIE. It's a wonder the dodgy ref didn't give that one too though.

Motd showed it was shoulder

Re: Chelsea v West Ham - Official Match Thread
I can see your point dave. We had such a good run in the UEFA cup .this year

We'd fare a bit better against proper opposition I think and we'd be much more attractive to new players.

It's also a major cash cow

Was never a pen in last minute but valencia handball in first half was

Re: Chelsea v West Ham - Official Match Thread
Well said Eerie. Just don't believe the Refs keep getting it so wrong. Its the worst year I've seen for refs. you look at a fixture and think Oh no not that daft sod again.

Eerie Descent 10:05 Sun Mar 20
Re: Chelsea v West Ham - Official Match Thread
It's happening nearly every fucking game, the big decisions going against us. It's obviously not a conspiracy, but fuck me we haven't been lucky this year with decisions, which makes it all the more amazing how well we've done.

It really is something special when you go to Old Trafford and Stamford Bridge in the space of a week, and get awful decisions in both games against us and still not lose. We are a fucking superb side.

Re: Chelsea v West Ham - Official Match Thread
It's how far we have come when Chelsea and the ref has to cheat to get a point from us.

Still gutted but was a great performance. Hard to pick a MOTM but I'd probably go for Cresswell

Re: Chelsea v West Ham - Official Match Thread
I couldn't care less about the Champions League. It's fucking boring the same teams winning every year, no point taking part just to get mullered by Barca Real Bayern or PSG.

Uefa cup is much more open and we'd have a great chance.
